Try EFT Tapping

This simple to learn self care technique helps ease stress and anxiety for many. You can work through the process on your own or connect with a clinical practitioner. It is basically tapping on specific pressure points on your body while centering yourself with positive affirmations.

Web MD offers a helpful article about Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) Tapping. It describes the philosophy behind the technique this way: “Disciplines such as yoga, massage, tai chi, and acupuncture rely on a body-mind connection, and evidence shows that these interventions can relieve stress, depression, anxiety, and other psychological disorders. EFT tapping falls into the category of body-centered therapies.
