Options for those Impacted by Dual Diagnosis

In a recent edition of our newsletter, The Bridge, we highlighted the Dual Recovery Anonymous (DRA) program offered through the Massachusetts Clubhouse Coalition. That twelve step program is for individuals who balance their substance use concerns while living with a mental health condition, often referred to as dual diagnosis. You can review a summary of the DRA program and meeting schedule here: massclubs.org/dra-overview.

The Massachusetts Clubhouse Coalition is also part of the recent roll out of the statewide Dual Anon Intergroup. Dual Anon is a twelve step, friends and family support community for those with loved ones who experience two no-fault illnesses. People impacted by the mental health challenges and addiction struggles of others are welcome to attend.

The meetings are offered free of charge and are open to the public. The Dual Anon meeting schedule is available here: massclubs.org/dual-anon. Contact Julie Sprenkle, PsyD, for more information, julie.sprenkle@yahoo.com.
